Greetings, I Am Kumani, the founder of Lifestyle with Kumani.
I Am a Goddess, Wife, Momma, Wholistic Wellness Liaison, Certified Sound Therapist and Sound Healer, and Intuitive whose mission is to connect women with products, information, healing modalities, and experts that will encourage a wellness lifestyle rooted in Elevation, Peace, Wholeness, and Positivity.
To me, there are no two more transcendent words in this world than “I Am”. It is a statement. A declaration. An affirmation. A resolve. A commitment. A belief. An assertion. “I Am” is a promise we make to ourselves and those around us – a love letter written that honors who we are, where we have been, and where we want to go. For me, every day starts with setting intentions and speaking my affirmations: I Am capable of difficult things. I Am worthy of wellness and joy. I Am committed to being present. I Am enjoying the journey that I Am on, and I Am dedicated to trusting the process. And above all, I Am determined to be a better version of myself today than the one I was yesterday.
It is with this passion for personal growth, wellness, peace, harmony, wholeness, grace, and service of others that I began Lifestyle with Kumani.
As the friend who always has cared for, supported, and uplifted others in their times of health worries or personal trials, LWK was a natural shift in my personal calling to serve others. When I’m not absorbing and sharing massive amounts of information, knowledge, data, and techniques designed to amplify the health and wellness of myself and my community, I can be found graciously soaking in beautiful moments with my husband Cory and our two brilliant, beautiful, and occasionally bossy daughters Da’Naia and Dezirae. I love all things koala (my spirit animal), am still trying to perfect my Downward Dog and hip shimmies, and love curling up with my daily cup of herbal tea and collecting badges on audible.
